Sociálně-populační rozvinutost periferních, semiperiferních a střediskových sídel okresu Prachatice

The bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of socio-population development of settlement remote types in Prachatice district. Firstly, settlement centers with different hierarchies are defined (microregional towns, and lower settlement centers - very small towns, town-villages and central villages) on the basis of predetermined conditions and then they are graded according to types of monitored services, population, number of public transport connections and commuting to work and study. Prachatice and Vimperk became Microregional towns. As lower settlement centers were determined 2 very small towns (Volary, Netolice), 3 town-villages (Vlachovo Březí, Čkyně and Husinec) and 11 central villages. Peripheral settlements are determined on the basis of long time spent in connection with public transport (30 minutes or more) when traveling from a peripheral settlement to the nearest microregional town, possibly on the basis of too few public transport connections from the peripheral settlements to the microregional towns. Neighboring peripheral settlements create peripheral areas. Socio-population development is indicated by 8 indicators. Settlements with values in the last quartiles of indicator values are characterized by socio-population development problems. Microregional towns and suburban settlements around these towns have the highest socio-population development. Peripheral settlements and areas have the lowest level of values of the socio-population development, but there were differences between them due to their affiliation to the lower settlement centers and due to the active management of the municipalities of these peripheral settlements.

Mapování a modelová rekonstrukce historických technických staveb v příhraničním regionu

Thesis is concerned with historical technical structures in rural areas. The literary review part should introduce and summarize general information about technical structures in rural areas. This part contains several chapters which describe the types of technical structures, the development of their typical constructions and special elements, and factors that influenced their development and their breakdown by individual regions of Czech Republic. The practical part is focused on a specific area in the border region - the Kvilda municipality. This part describes the history of the municipality, the course of its settlement and its socioeconomic development. Furthermore, this part maps, identifies and categorizes all historical technical structures in the municipality, including comprehensive information on individual objects. The conclusion evaluates the relationship between the placement of technical structures and the development of the region.

Vývoj osídlení ve zvolených lokalitách v příhraničním regionu

The topic of the thesis is the development of settlement in the borderland, especially in Prachatice region. The thesis is divided into literary and practical part. The literary part is divided into five chapters. In the first two chapters, the reader is familiarized with the concept of the borderland, then with the term Sudetenland. Furthermore, the literary part deals with the history of settlement in our country, beginning with prehistoric times, through the arrival of the Slavs, great colonization, the Hussite war, the Thirty Years' War, the abolition of serfdom and also it focuses on historical evolution of the 20th century. Furthermore, the history of settlements focuses on the settlement in the Bohemian forest (well-known as Šumava in czech language), where the reader is primarily informed about the period of occupation and post-war events. At the end of the literary part there is an overview of factors that influenced rural development until now. The main part of the thesis is mainly practical. It is based on the family tree of the author and focuses on the villages where the family lived or still has been living. Some villages have been saved and preserved after the World War II., some villages were destroyed and disappeared from the maps after the Germans moved away. The practical part maps each of these villages, describes their development and records how the villages looked on the maps of land and cadestral register and how they have changed into today's form during history.

Factors influencing women's return to the labor market after maternity leave in Prachatice district in the years 2008 – 2015

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the factors that influences women's return to labor market after maternity leave in Prachatice district between years 2008 and 2015. Based on the teoretical resources there are created questions of semi-structured interview which is conducted with sixteen women from Prachatice district with children at age from 0 to 7 years. The part of the thesis is also analysis of labor market in the district in mentioned time period using the data relates to the employment and unemployment of women. Based on the results, the hypotesis is verified:"Women in Prachatice district deemed the return to the labor market after maternity leave as complicated and local labor market does not fit to their requirements." Women find job offers for mother with children as deficient, shows heavily dependence on help from extended family, in district is low supply of care facilities for younger children, operating time of kindergartens doesn't correspond to the needs of working mothers. The study includes recommendations for Prachatice district suggested by author which are added-value to the thesis. There is no study dealing with the situation of women in labor market yet, the results might be a stimulus for further researches.

The issue of extremism at high schools in the District of Prachatice and subsequent preventive measures.

This bachelor?s thesis addresses the issue of extremism in the secondary schools in the Prachatice District and the preventative programmes that the schools implement in order to combat this social phenomenon. The objective of the thesis is to identify the attitudes and opinions of the secondary school students in Prachatice about the issue of extremism and to find out how much information the students have about this issue. The thesis also aims to determine whether there are any differences between the attitudes of male and female students with regard to extremist behaviour in society, either positive or negative. In addition, the thesis explores any differences, if any, in the knowledge and attitudes held by students about this social phenomenon on the basis of the type of secondary school they attend, specifically grammar schools vs. vocational schools. The thesis includes a description and evaluation of the effectiveness of the preventative programmes that have been implemented in the secondary schools. These programmes are evaluated both from the perspective of the secondary school students as well as from that of the non-profit organisations that prepare these programmes for the schools. The results from the research and the evaluation of the findings are presented in the conclusion of the thesis.

Labour market in Prachatice district

The main goal of my bachelor thesis is an analysis of labor market and its development at Prachatice district. In the first part, development of labor market after 1989 is outlined and its main trends. Besides, also role of the state in fight against unemployment is mentioned. The second part deals with detailed characteristic of labor market at Prachatice district since 1989. Attention is paid to employment, the biggest employers, analysis of unemployment and description of active compound of policy of unemployment. One of the chapters contents particular analysis of unemployment in 2009 with the goal to determine the range of impact of economical recession at this district. In my thesis, analysis of adepts according to chosen structural criteria is mentioned and analysis of ?problematic? groups of adepts. Because it is about a bordering area, there is also a short note about commuting for work abroad.

Employment policy in the region of Prachatice

Bachelor paper deals with employment policy in the region of Prachatice, focusing active and passive employment. The theoretical part focuses on labour market in terms of various economic indicators, as well as characteristics of active and passive employment policy and related conceptions. The practical part is focusing on description of Prachatice district compared with South Bohemia and Czech Republic in the years 2008 -- 2010. A main characteristic is labour market development. The main part of the paper is focused on development, goals and implementation, expenditures and overall evaluation of active employment policy; afterwards the development of passive employment policy. The conclusion is devoted to final overall evaluation and suggestions for improvements.

This bachelor work is focused on a problem of an unemployment in district Prachatice. I made short summary of a theory in a firsth part, which demonstrative the problem of unemployment. Next I sign the possibilities of a state policy of the unemployment and the tools of an activ policy. The praktice part is founded on collect of the dates and their processing. Due to transparent view I mentioned the tables and the graphs which are oriented from dates and an informations derivable from the Employment office Prachatice. I introduced the calculation of a prediction of an uneployment rate in last part of the work for a months of the year 2010 . This bachelor work offer to reader an elementary image about evolution of the unemployment in district Prachatice last ten years and possibilities for her prediction

The Development of Settlemet and National Structure of Population in the District of Prachatice

The thesis analyze the development of number of the population in the distrikt Prachatice in between years 1869 - 2001. Because of the decrease in population, this thesis also analyze the development of the seat structure of the towns and villages. Next point is to analyze the development of the national structure from the beginning with emphasis on the development after the World War II. Thesis text is supplemented with graphs, maps, tables and pictures of the individual seats, which records the most important phenomena. Last part is for the homeland study lessons. There are the working lists and subjects for the walks and excursions in the surroundings, which are targeted for junior elementary school classes.
